Turkey salad "Alegría"
- 1 turkey breast
- 1 tomato
- 1 medium onion
- 3 peach halves in their juice (naturally unsweetened)
- Olive oil
- Pepper and salt
- A handful of rose petals
1- Cut the turkey breast into slices (like sirloins) and grill with a little olive oil and salt.
2- Cut the tomato, onion and peach (you can replace it with fresh peach, nectarine or apricot) separately and reserve.
3 - Place the slices of turkey breast in a source making a row, following the row adds the tomato, onion and peach in order.
4- Salt and pepper and sprinkle with sesame, a drizzle of olive oil and finally the handful of rose petals, serve immediately.
Quinoa pancakes with turmeric
-1 cup white quinoa flour
-1 cup 1/4 water
-1 teaspoon sea salt
-1 teaspoon turmeric powder
-1/2 teaspoon mild curry powder
1- Mix dry ingredients well.
2- Add the water little by little. The dough should be creamy, light and smooth texture.
3 - Cook the pancakes one by one, on a creper spread with a goat of coconut oil.
